Modern day convenience is a necessity in the convention and meeting industry. Our web-based, real-time data app provides attendees the information they need to plan their transportation.
There is no need for your attendees to download an app; the information is accessible through a weblink.
Proprietary Software
Rhode Planning has developed a propriety software system for assigning and tracking our entire fleet of vehicles. By moving to a digital platform, our staff can easily track, sort and modify information in real-time.
This has also furthered our efforts to move to a paperless, onsite operation.
Communications
Ground transportation is dynamic and ever-changing. For this reason, we use two-way radios on each of our buses, as well as cellular communication. Often times, fleet-wide communication is a necessity to avoid problematic areas in a city but, at other times, direct and discreet communication with a driver is more important. Rhode Planning is prepared to react to any scenario.
